ethical questions aside, find myself wondering how many americans - had they been polled - would want bin laden captured or killed, knowing that:
a) he had become more of a figure head than a driving force;
b) capture or death would have minimal impact, as he developed organization on franchise, not centralized, model;
c) doing so would put the usa at considerably higher risk due to reprisals.
just wondering...
